01What does it cost, including running costs?
A fixed price, not an hourly rate: we agree it in writing before the project starts. The only ongoing costs are the tools and, if you want it, support. We’ll tell you both in advance.
02You don’t have any references yet. Why you?
True. That’s why you see in advance what your system saves, and only then decide.
03What if you’re no longer around?
Your system belongs to you, with all access details and a guide.
04Where does my data end up?
Your system runs on servers in Germany. Your data never leaves the EU.
05How do you make sure everything is GDPR-compliant?
We develop and run every solution in line with the GDPR. We host your solution in Germany and your data stays in the EU. Your data protection officer gets all the documents they need from us, and the requirements of the EU AI Act are built in from the start.
06Do I need IT knowledge?
No. You tell us what you need, we take care of the rest.
07Will this replace my staff?
No. It takes the constantly repeated typing off their hands.
08What if it doesn’t pay off?
You’ll see that in testing, before it goes live. Then we make improvements or end it cleanly.
